Non Pressure Solar Water Heater of Solar Water Heating System

We are a solar water heater manufacturer in China. In the non pressure solar water heater of solar heating system, the tank can't bear pressure directly from tap water which normally is 0.6Mpa, so vents are needed to release tap water pressure. When you take a shower, the water pressure is gravity from top roof to your shower tap. So when using a non pressure solar water heater, please make sure vents are open to air. Otherwise high pressure from tap water may cause damage to the tank.

There are 3 methods to charge water into tank
1. We can install an auto feeding tank (with a float valve inside) on the top of tank to charge water automatically.
2. We can install a controller, which can start charging water and heating by an electrical heater when water quantity or temperature is not enough.
3. We can install an overflow pipe on the one side of tank, from which water will overflow when the tank is full.

Types
There are many types of non pressure solar water heater of solar water heating system on the market, typically, one pipe inlet-outlet solar water heater and two pipe inlet-outlet solar water heater.

These non pressure solar water heaters rely on the natural circulation of water between the collector and the tank. When the water in the evacuated tube is heated it will rise into the tank, while cold water in the tank will flow down to the bottom of the evacuated tubes, resulting in circulation throughout the solar water heating system.
